I always post even if i go over. Because when I visualize the actual calorie count it makes me realize ...."hey look at you falling off", "you better get back on it" LOL. If I see it then it will stay on my mind.

Remember that it isn't just pounds that will make a difference. I actually stayed at 167 for about two weeks but still lost like 1/2 an inch. While your losing weight and exercising you will gain muscle, that actually weighs more than fat. My goal weight is 146. I am at 164. Just don't ever give up an keep trying. :happy:…

I work out at home! 3 DVDs Billy Banks:Boot Camp, DWTS: Dance, And Zumba. I just don't have time to go out to the gym. I work full time, I am a wife and I am a mom. I like to do a different DVD every time.
