I finished level 1 last week and spend the long weekend away from home...so starting level 2 day 1 tomorrow! Wish me luck!

Finally done with day 5 and I agree...it gets easier each day!

I will have to do my day 5 later tonight, have a paper to write :( Anyway, anyone here already shed some pounds? My scale still hasn't moved yet (if any it actually went up a bit) but today one of my friends said I look slimmer which of course made me happy! :D)

Done with day 4! I had a rest day yesterday and bought 3lbs weights. The weights helped a lot! 5lbs is definitely too heavy for me and hurt my elbows.

I too take the day off today. My right calf is still very stiff but better but my right elbow seems to be under a lot of stress as well ;) I finally got my 3lbs today and will definitely use it tomorrow! (no class tomorrow yippeeee!) Great job guys! :)

I finished 2/3 of day 3 :( After the warm-up I realized that I kept getting cramps on my right leg. I tried to ignore it throughout the workout but by the end of circuit 2 it was too painful to ignore :( So I might try again tomorrow morning and see how my leg is going to be. I finished 2nd day earlier today and since my body is still sore from yesterday I had to take breaks here and there. Probably using 5lbs weighs doesn't help either. Note to self: get lighter dumbbells!

I can't wait! I tried it last summer for 10 days and it was fun! Too bad I got sidetracked by moving. But this time I will complete it for sure! I'm not sure I will be able to do each level for 10 days though...
