Fellow nerd here!

No but one of you could use the app and one use the website on the same device.
-
Fantastic progress! I wish you continued success in your journey!
-
Awesome progress! Keep up the good work!

Love mine. But the BF% is usually 6% high for me so I don't really count that value. I use it as a trend instead.
-
Wow that's some fantastic progress!!!!

I seriously love wings! I'm thinking I will treat myself to say 6. I think that's a small enough amount I'll be fine. The rest of the treats will be celery dipped in wing sauce so I can still enjoy the "burn". Go Pack go!

Don't be so dependent on the scale... measure. The weeks I seemed disappointed by the loss in the scale were always made up by improvements in measurements. Make sure you're drinking lots of water... 0.5 oz / pound (way higher than the 8 glasses MFP suggests). Mess with how much you eat back on your exercise calories...…

I'd just like to point out that you're more than half way! Congrats! Keep up the great work!

I love my Fitbit. It is such a great tool for non-step activity where your heartbeat is above an average amount. What it will do is motivate you to get off your butt... especially if you get Fitbit friends where your form a friend, motivating "competition". If your heart rate is above normal than you should use a HRM. I do…

The lime might help you to drink more water. But as far as pH changes... that's internet BS. Use it if it helps you drink more water, but other than the extra vitamins you might get there's not real value outside of encouraging drinking more water. We all need more water. It is not going to hinder you gaining weight. Lift…

Tell him to go to the community tab, select find members and give him your user id or email. Once you approve him as a friend then you can share you diary.

Good luck on day 3 and may it be a life changing thing for you!

Bare feet! Our feet are not meant to have shoes on them. Weight training, running, etc should involve training your feet. If not bare, then minimal are possible!
-
Looking for maintenance friends too!
-
I'm hoping that's my case too! I'm not too worried about weight since my goal is the add muscle and reduce BF% but that means I've got to be pretty disciplined.

I don't often say hi. It's not that I'm being rude... I'm focusing on getting through the run. I also have headphones on and I usually don't hear people that well as a result. I do raise my hand some or give someone a nod.

I'm trying to do better and log my food for the day in the AM. This should hold me more accountable to the calories. If I want something that might not fit as planned then I need to exercise those calories off. I'm not perfect with it... it's a work in progress for sure.
-
Awesome! Keep on talking to yourself and continue to share!

Jackson is cool.

I'd give it a week anyway. Hopefully it won't take longer. Use a heating pad, warm soaks in the tub, etc. If it not better by then I'd see your doctor.
-
Hmm... age as you... never to late. You kick *kitten*$

Am walking a 10k 2x a week on some tough trails and the running the same once a week. If PT says it's okay for you PUSH it! Good luck!!!!! You've lost a "ton". Go for it!

Three words... water, water, water! Corporations are not in our interests!

Think this is good. Worst case... It will be overkill. It will be fine. Sometimes it's best to enjoy the food and go for and extra walk to "earn" the calories. Enjoy! You're human!!!!

Splenda but only on my coffee. But I'm thinking about elimination that too.
-
Still pushing myself on running. It tough. Wish I had a partner, but sometimes your just have to go it alone. Keep going... It will be worth it!

Make your partner wear protections. There's way too many risks with birth control for women!
