Hey all! So I went...I saw...annnnnndd......ordered one size smaller. The consultant was great and she said I'm not far from the size. She said honestly at the rate I was going (I shared with her my progress) that 5 -7lbs makes a huge difference. So, with that I said sign me up and I think I can definitely make that goal…

Going dress shopping in TWO weeks! Ahhh....I lost 12lbs so far, but a lot of inches. Definitely have more of a waistline now. But I need some advice...should I buy the dress one size smaller and work to fit into it, or buy it my regular size, and get it taken in????

I stayed away from the scale because that is exactly what was happening to me. I figured I stay away because it was getting me so frustrated and doubtful. But clothes are fitting better!

June 2013! I want to lose at least 20lbs by October when I go dress shopping. Its so difficult cause I'm in a lull of sorts...just can't seem to break 10lbs!

These are all great ideas. its definitely hard because it seems like women hit that plateau often! I know I currently have. Has anyone found it to be because of hormonal reasons? Calorie intake?
