You should label each treat with a large sticky note of serving size and the calories and see how many people continue to eat them. It will probably be a deterant for most AND you if you have to pass by the large sticky note to get a piece of candy! *edited for spelling.

I could eat buckets of pasta so that is good to know. I now dry weigh mine and cook it separately from the rest of the family because that is the best way for me to achieve portion control.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, MINE!!!!!! It was a GIANT wake up call to my percieved activity level! And super motivating.The one that doesn't monitor sleep is Zip and $60 and the One is about $100. I got mine at Best Buy. You might be able to find one cheaper on Ebay. I would go with the Zip or the One.

A personal trainer who is a friend told me that you should drink half your body weight (lbs) in ounces of pure H2O for weight loss. So if you are 200 lbs then you need 100 oz of water. BTW a gallon is 128.
