My goal is to loose 4lbs and remain that way while I am quitting smoking. I gain 20lbs last time I quit and don't want to put it back on this time. So, I am focusing on exercise and eating healthy and not smoking. :) Here's to 2018...

You know...salmon doesn't have to be boring...I couldn't eat it for a long time...then a friend of mine gave me a blackened salmon recipe and wow....all the difference. I also had a smoked salmon at a company picnic that was to die for....loved it.... :) l am sure there are lots of people with cooking ideas out there.

Thanks for the encouragement. I am just trying to focus on dieting and staying fit....keeps my mind off smoking.

I was just thinking the same about mine. I have two big things of cookies and two pans of brownies not to mention the candy. ugh! I think most of it will go to the garbage soon. I have been good with the cookies. But, I can't stay out of the candy.
