If it's a really intense program and your weight lifting is equal or more then the cardio. You have to eat a lot..I ate more then ever when I did a program called bodyforlife. No way is 1200 calories enough..You might be somewhere between 1600-2000 calories..Eat 5 meals a day..Add more protein to your diet..Protein powder…

I agree 100%..Daily chores or a couple extra hours at work should not count. I walk my dog 7-15 miles a week and I don't count the calories..I did that before I started this workout program 2 months ago and it didn't keep the weight off..So why include it now in my calories burned total.
