  • 700 calories!?!?! Seriously you need to eat more calories or you will end up ill, plus your body will go into starvation mode and you won't loose any weight at all!   • Hi, i don't know whats going on then, i must have grown 1cm in a week and stayed the same weight despite running or walking daily and keeping a close eye on my calorie intake. Ah well its a marathon not a sprint, ill weigh in again next week and see what happens. Cheers People :smiley:

  • Hi Roanne Yes I eat a good varied diet every day. I think it shows I have been under eating calorie wise though as show by my Net Calories. I am from now on going to add 1 scoop of Whey Protein to my Porridge and also a scoop after the gym in my shaker. Plus add nuts and avocado into my diet too, hopefully I should sustain…
