Hey everyone welcome to the team!! I am Megan I am 21; i live in Canada where it is winter now and - weather now which sucks! I m also the team leader so I am here to support each and everyone of you along the journey! My goal is to lose 25 lbs during this challenge

I have booked my first major fitness photo shoot for April 9th so I am determined to lose 40 LBS by then; I am going to do 2 rounds of 21 Day Fix as well as my weekly gym training sessions also I plan on sticking to the meal plan my nutritionist gave to me! I want to look great in my pictures so will need to work hard!!

Those are awesome goals:) 21 Day Fix is tough but stick with it; it will be totally worth it!!

I must say I loved this episode, TV shows don't get me teary eyed but this one did; watching their journey video was incredible!! I made a video to the myself similar to what they did and I will be using it throughout my journey to motivate and encourage me! I also loved seeing the weight taken off scene; I will be doing…

My mini goal is stop drinking soda; I determined to start now and actually continue after the show ends!

WHAT??!!! I am surprised especially since I was injured and did no workouts!

Once this group ends I hope to focus even more cause injuries shall be healed and continue logging on MFP

this was a great episode love seeing Bob back great atmosphere, Sonya is looking amazing, I dislike Rob his attitude and constant tantrums, glad to see Woody instead of Scott back and sad to see Lori gone but she looks amazing!! I jogged on the spot

This was an amazing episode; I loved it! I was so amazed at how well they looked especially Toma and Sonya: I am rooting for Sonya or Lori though!! Comeback canyon was awesome lots of competition and tension; go Woody! I can't imagine having my glory days just yet; did some cleaning while the show was on!

Loved this episode; I was amazed at the mental changes that occurred during this episode... I been cheering for Sonya and Lori from the start; also so proud of Scott!! During commercials I did leg lifts cause of my massive dizziness and headaches I didn't want to do a lot!

I want to lose 70 LBS, exercise daily, eat healthier and give up soda :) I have an all or nothing mentality so I also want to work on that

Loved this episode plus loved the seed paper idea; i did jumping jacks during commericals..... I am so glad that Lori and Sonya are safe!!!

I payed it forward twice today; helped a senior walk into a store by letting her hold my arm (it snowed yesterday so was messy) and donated $100 to a local women's shelter

The damien that died was from season 7 not this season :) I enjoyed this show and haven't seen the last few minutes because I fall asleep so I will need to watch it during commercials I did power jacks :)
