For some reason, my weight is almost always down after a night of drinking. I'm thinking it is because of the constant peeing.

Sodium and I do not get along. I track my sodium intake even more closely than I do my calories.

It is mostly a bad habit for me. I try to hide the scale for a few days but then get anxious and put it back out again. Also, I like knowing where my weight is at all times. I don't want to weigh in once every week and be disappointed because it's the same is it was the week before.

It's not hard. I eat mostly fruit, veggies, granola, chicken, and fish. I try to only go over 1200 a little on days I work out.

If I eat that much sodium, I swell up like a balloon. I try to stay around 1000-1500.

I have so many. High school sucked because of my weight. In my senior year, we had to make a page in a scrapbook for my teacher. I went back a year later to see her and I looked through the scrapbook. Someone put a picture of a hippo in my page. It kills me to think that if I didn't go back that day, it would still be…

It's really easy for me. I've been doing it for almost a year. I pretty much just eat relatively small breakfasts and lunches (somewhere between 200-300 calories), have a snack, and then eat the rest of my calories during dinner.

I've been self conscious of it my whole life. My nostrils are too big and I have like a bump in the bridge of my nose that I hate. I feel like it ruins my whole face.

I don't even need to log my food anymore because I pretty much know the calories in everything I eat and how much a serving is but it's just a habit now. I wake up, think about what I'm eating for breakfast and lunch and log it.

I went from an 18 (probably close to 20) and the other day I tried on a size 12 and they fit! I was so happy.

I want to lose it by the end of the summer but I doubt that will happen.

I actually prefer weighing myself everyday. That way I know where I'm at and if I go a week without weighing myself, I feel more discouraged if it doesn't move. You just have to know that your weight does fluctuate and it's nothing to be upset over.

I can usually get my calories from wherever unless there is a lot of sodium

My best friend wants to lose weight, but then she goes to Waffle House at 2am and gets mad at me for only getting a water.

Mostly because I don't like who I was when I was fat And also because I'm going to LA in May and I want to be able to shop until I die.

Even though I know that it doesn't matter what time you eat, I try not to eat anything after 8pm.

I was chubby as a kid but then I got fat when I was around 13. I'm 20 now and in the past year I've lost 52 lbs so it's not impossible to lose it. I'm having trouble now, but hopefully I'll be able to keep going.

I started at 245 but I'm at 193 now. :D
