My hubby is like that too. I used to tell him he made a deal with someone so I gain all the calories he eats. Luckily for me he loves me no matter what my size is. I just want to lose weight to be healthier and stick around longer. Otherwise he is going to be a widower at a very young age..... :(

My overeating is definitely due to my past......parents used to lock up food so I literally starved...etc. I need positive people to help me stay ot. Feel free to add me!!!

Ty so much everyone! Your words help motive me to keep trying to get better. God has truly blessed me. He made me really appreciate the simple things in life and what is really important. My husband, my family and friends, and last but not least my faith. I have never had to try so hard for anything before but I have never…

yes, yes and yes. I wish I had something wise to say at this point but I don't. I have been w/ my husband for 23 yrs, ever since we were teenagers and he seems to think I am losing weight so I can get another guy. That is so not the reason behind this! I am sick of being heavy, sick of being the biggest person in the room,…

I know my husband loves me but he was real apathtic esp when I first started to lose weight. I think it was mostly because he heard it all b4 so many times and nothing ever changed. So I believe he thought it was just me talking the talk but not walking the walk like usual. But this time I did make a change even w/ all the…

it depends on how active u are. I am 5'6 and when i was a teenager i was thin and weighed 130 lbs and wore size 10. when i was 25 i worked out at least an hour everyday, wore size 6, and weighed 145 lbs. so it depends on ur muscle tone imo.

I personally think people should dress their "size" more than their age. Because nowadays people look a lot better than they used to because their care more about that stuff. Between all the exercise, hydrating right, our beauty regimens, and plastic surgery its hard to even judge someones age anymore. I know a 59 yr old…

Now that is an NSV if I ever heard one....and one to be very proud of! Good for u!

That is truly an inspirational story. U have great willpower to accomplish this. U look terrific and u deserve it after all that hard work. U rright there r no quick fixes. I wish there were but they don't work. I have tried them all and in the end I gained back every pound lost then some. Now I am doing it the MFP…

Unfortunately I can totally relate. Eating has been my way of dealing w/ all the stuff going on in my life. From fights w/my hubby, friends, family or coworkers to the accident I had in '09 food has always been my salve. I am trying desparately to stop doing that but 20 yrs of bad habits is hard to break. If u need a…

Of course that is why I am on this site in the first place. If my body and mind acted normally I would be stick thin and worrying about some other probelm I have to deal with. When I am really hungry I try to eat things that I can eat more of and not feel guilty. Like salad, fruits if I need a sweet, or pickles if I feel I…
