Stretch your calves really good! Make sure to hold each stretch at least 30-60 seconds

I am on the pill and the doctor prescribed it for continuous use and I never get a period.

If it is pain you should ice if it is muscle soreness than you heat....

That is exactly what I do.....

cardio: elliptical strengthening: bosu ball and exercise ball

Working through the soreness by actually keeping active helps more than taking a break.. Did you just start your exercise program? It will get better as you go along....

Totally agree with blue crush!!

I am a physical therapist and crunches ARE bad for you.....Stick to planks for sure and core stability training on a theraball

I would never run through pain. Running is the worst activity for your joints. If you can do different cardio exercises I would. In the end, running does a lot more harm than good to people.

House, The Voice, Deadliest Catch, Celebrity Apprentice.....YIKES I have a lot of shows that I like that must be why I am not losing weight faster! hahahhaa I also like American Pickers and Pawn Stars.....

By exercising again it will take the soreness away some. I would do it today for sure unless you are having intense pain then that would be different than post workout soreness.

If you already have knee problems....I myself would not run. It puts the most impact on your joints and can hurt you in the long run with developing arthritis at an earlier age. But see how it feels if you can run without pain then do it but if you can't I would stay away from it....sorry :(

Thanks! :)

water aerobics is the best for sure! walking and biking would be the next best.....running, stepping/steppers and high impact aerobics you would definately want to avoid!

I have not lost any weight (not a single pound) for five weeks! So you are doing great!

6 pack!! I think I only touched one realy 6 pack before ! HA

If you have back problems I would not try kettlebells (it is also bad for people with shoulder problems).....The exercises put too much stress and load on your back. Even if you do not have a history of back problems I could see easily getting an injury (muscle pull or disk problem) from doing this type of exercise.…

My mom had bladder surgery, wasn't very successful, I heard that happens often, but have wondered if there are some genetics at work here. [/quote] The surgery seems to have around a 30% success rate. Hormones and aging play a big role usually symptoms get worse as we get older :( (and weight) The exercises help but I find…

I would definately rule out urinary tract infection by your doctor also!! You should only go every 2-4 hours. How often do you go at night? Your bladder can store that much urine. So if you sleep throughout the night without going that would be 8 hours. But definately should be able to hold it at least 2 hours at a time.
