Ice or Heat.. IN pain

So I've been working out everyday for the past week and now my body hurts soooo bad. So anyone have suggestions on how to heal aches and pains? Ice or heat?

Depends on the injury. Are you stretching before and after your workout? That usually will stop the muscle pains. If it's joint or tendons, different fix.0

If it is pain you should ice if it is muscle soreness than you heat....0
