When I started I was exercising 30 min a fay 4 days a week. I plateaued and decided to up my cardio to one hour a day 3 days a week and 30 min 2 days. I love the idea of freezing it! If I cut single servings for the kids and then freeze the rest, that would help. Taking it to work would be good too! I have 5. All of which are hidden except one on my forearm (a triple moon). I get some flack at work for it but for the most part noone knows what it means so they don't say anything. All of mine have significant meanings. When I reach goal, I really would like another one.

Since my husband is right along side of me doing the weight loss, I also don't have that problem. I do however have the co-workers problem. They bring in so much junk.

and if you eat the calories back, make them count. Eat fruits or vegetables or high protein. Yes, you can reward yourself with a treat too, but don't let that be the majority of your exercise calories.

my husband is 6'2 and I am 5ft! He is a big big guy and I love it. He gained about 40 pounds since we have been together and I am still crazy about him. Rawr, hot stuff. However, he prefers me about 25 pounds smaller than I am now.

Huge binge on Saturday at work. I was stressed out, work was slower than normal, I haven't slept well in weeks. All things that lead to my binges.
