I understand your worries. I gained after moving from an active job to a desk job BUT that was my fault. You've recognised you'll be moving less so you can prevent it!

I know you want it gone but it really does pay off to be the tortoise rather than the hare :) Log everything, drink lots of water and be consistent. Look at it as a lifestyle change, not a diet....if it's not a change then after you've lost it all, will you go back to how you were? You can do this but do it the right way :#

I would suggest eating more and changing up your exercise routine. Losing weight so fast won't do you any good at all :/ Is there a reason why you are trying to shed it so quickly? :/

You just need to be in a calorie deficit :) Exercise boosts it and helps you feel good :) Skipping, trampolining... Hey... I know it's hard and Meds affect everyone differently but I'm on Venlafaxine and I'm not only losing weight but I'm feeling mentally stronger! You can so do this!! :) <3

I hit a plateau a few weeks ago...I upped my calories from 1200 to 1400...broke the plateau and I'm on 1300 atm. I am still losing 1lb per week and I am currently at 126.5lbs :) I love this thread <3

Hey :) I started 97 days ago at 145lbs and I am now 126.5lbs...18.5lbs down :) This is the longest I have ever stuck to it and tbh I am a changed woman now...I am not going back. Good luck :) <3

I've been on Venlafaxine forever! Lol Increased appetite but they don't make you gain weight... Just make you want to eat EVERYTHING!! :D Please don't come off them suddenly, taper off :/ Good luck with your journey :) <3

My motivation is my health, my mental health :) Emotional intensity disorder or BPD has me struggling with emotions and the thoughts that go with them. Hate is such a harsh emotion to feel when I look at myself and I don't think I deserve it....

You're all doing so well! Mini goals are so the way to go :) I am 16.5lbs down with another 11.5lbs to go BUT if I don't feel good that low then it's negotiable. To be happy in my own skin...that's my ultimate goal :) <3
