Hey... So you're not on your own! Joining in the rant please... If I get told 'don't lose anymore' one more time!!! I hit my goal a month ago, lost 30lbs... I'm 5ft 2" and weigh 117lbs.... I have been called unattractive, scrawny, gaunt and a few other unsavoury words... These comments far out weigh the compliments... Urgh…

I don't look at it like that... If you cut out all the foods you love and enjoy, that's when it becomes a real chore... I eat what I want and make it fit into my calorie goal... I've swapped soda for sparking flavoured water, I make my own pizza etc... Take control over it but don't deny yourself 'treats'.... Lifestyle…

Hey! Log every day, get into that habit first.. Everything, good or bad! Drink loads of water too, that helps a great deal. It's not a diet.. It's a lifestyle change... That's the only way I can look at it or I'll put it all back on... You've got this! :)
