Maybe you push yourself too hard or eat too little. It's all about being the tortoise not the hare :) Consistency is the key..logging in everyday, logging all your foods and getting support. You can do this, you just need to find the level you're comfy with :)

Maybe you could try eating a small something for breakfast and lunch? Not eating all day and then binging all your calories in one meal can't be good for you :/

This sounds very familiar! I agree that you should maybe try counselling BUT I don't go to mine so I understand why it's hard...talking to strangers about feelings etc...it seems very alien. I'm here doing the same thing :) Baby weight is so hard to lose :( If you're not lucky enough to lose it straight away it lingers. We get so busy looking after babies, before you know it, it's 16 years later! Lol

I hit a plateau a few weeks back and I upped my calories by a few hundred...stayed within them and didn't touch my exercise calories. It finally shifted and hopefully I'm back on the road again :) Taking a break can sometimes be just want your body needs :# <3

Hey all :) I'm 5ft 2" and although I'm not at my goal weight yet I'm super happy with how thing are going! SW - 145 CW - 129.5 GW - 117 I didn't take measurements or pics before I started because I really couldn't stand to look at myself BUT I've just bought a UK size 10 dress and trousers :# <3

Hey :) You've done it before and you WILL do it again! I honestly believe that if you want this then you have to be consistent..log everything (good and bad :)), log in everyday and keep yourself hydrated. You will be fab at 50 :# <3

My father had a good diet... Did that stop him from having schizophrenia and othellos syndrome? No it didn't. Does my mother and brothers diet stop them from being bipolar? No it doesn't. Has my new diet and lifestyle cured my bpd? No it hasn't! I have first hand experience with this... I also work for a mental health…

The original post stated that people can get mentally unwell from a bad diet, this is not true. If you honestly also believe that someone with schizophrenia can be cured with a low carb diet then go tell it to the masses! I work for a mental health trust. We provide healthy alternatives and encourage clients to follow this…

Mental health is a bit broad...maybe depression. Does a bad diet contribute to Schizophrenia? BPD? Othello Syndrome? No it doesn't :/
