  • Eeek... I'd not cope if my work tea was that much! I sweetener is 4 calories and 100ml of bob is 41 calories so a just work out what a dash is and add them separately :) Add them into your recipe thing then it'll be in there every time you have a cuppa! :)

  • Why would body pump make you gain weight? As long as you burn more calories than you eat, you will lose weight :) I struggle with water retention but I'm trying to stay hydrated to combat that.   • What did MFP put your calorie intake at? It should be higher than that I think for your weight. I love food and especially 'dirty' food :D and I still eat it but make sure it's within my calorie goal :) Do you exercise? I eat back at least half my exercise calories... I'd shrivel up if I didn't lol :D I drink lots of water…

  • I'm not sure if age has much to do with it... Exercise is about 20% of this journey. You need to have a calorie deficit to lose weight. As long as you burn more than you eat you should be good to go :) Whichever of those gets you out of breath, heart rate up and feeling good is what I'd go with :) You've got this! :# <3

  • It's a hard one because I was a super sweaty Betty after, my heart was off like the clappers and it felt like I'd done an hour on my Elliptical which would have been about 500 calories... Hmmm :s

  • I was playing dodgeball while bouncing, flips, airbag jumping etc... It was vigorous :/ You're telling me I only burnt a little more than if I'd walked briskly for an hour? I'm not sure, as it's mainly a place for kids, that the guy was doing his job and feeding me Bull *kitten* :/
