I just wanted to tell you that I completely understand your issues. I left my husband nearly 2 years ago because of the similar reasons. I never got any compliments, he'd see an attractive girl and if I said anything I'd get "I wish I could get a girl like that!" etc... Sex was only ever after lights out and that's given…

You can do this! I'm 1lb away from my first stone loss :) Add me if you want

Yorkshire :)

Good luck but I'm sure you won't need it :)

You're not alone :) I drink water before every meal and in between... It helps me fill the gaps. I have never stuck to a diet like I am this one and it's working :) I don't have as much to lose as you but anyone who is unhappy with their weight can empathise... It's hard work but worth it. You've started by joining MFP so…

I get Asda (UK... Walmart?) sport drink zero... It's a bit meh in taste but does the trick :)

You should start a blog! :) :)

To start with you need to stop with the on and off :/ You need to be dedicated to getting the weight off and that means sticking with it! Are you logging all your food?

Love that show! I'm also in to The Leftovers atm :)
-
Well done for getting back on it :)

Hey :) I'm 5ft 2" and started at 145lbs 7 weeks ago. I am down to 132lbs and having 1200 calories per day. I gain on average 250 exercise calories back per day and eat half of them :) I would like to get to 118lbs but my next mini goal is a stone...one more pund for a little win and I'll move on to the next :#
-
I use coconut oil :) Still not great but better :#
-
Good luck and thanks :)

And if that's what I'm doing then so be it.... I reward myself for working hard! It doesn't make my relationship with food an unhealthy one, it doesn't make me a dog, it makes being on a diet a little easier for ME :)

I am allowed to think of these as I like ☺️ I know I need them. Not sure why you felt the need to point that out but thanks
-
Hey ☺ Good streak there... I'm 57 days in and 13lbs down :) Well done on your loss so far :)

Geocaching (especially with kids) is a fun thing to do... Gets you out and about :)

Ronaldo's sixpad advert **cringe followed but so much anger! :s

I'm the same... I'm a 5ft 2" female who has 1200 calories per day... I've only not eaten back exercise calories a few times. If I don't have them I'm grumpy and sluggish :( A diet shouldn't feel like a punishment and although those calories are not a 'treat' as such... I get them because I worked hard for them! :#
-
Hey :) I've not got a much to lose but I'm always here to motivate and support :) You've done it before, you'll do it again! Well done you :# <3

You can do it!

I am totally a dog and work hard for treats! I enjoy eating back some of my exercise calories, they taste gooooood :p :#

Hey :) I'm still in the slimming down stage and then I'll start toning so I've nothing to offer :( .... Congratulations for your beautiful baby and good luck :)

Fab idea :) I'd love to be able to train my brain to log like that :#

I don't want to be fat.... That's my motivation :) My kids, my beau, my mental health, my happiness... All super important reasons to keep it up :#

Sorry you feel like this :( Is there anyway you could get booked in with a counsellor? Does you place of work have an occupational health department?
