Mine is like white noise... So busy. If you can get into though it helps. 5 minutes of peace which is a rare thing :/

I've just started yoga... I really enjoy it :) Big question is.... Do you own Harem pants? Lol :D Mental health is a ball ache but we'll all be OK :)

I have a number of mental health 'issues' and I know this will sound like total hippy crap BUT mindfulness and meditation helps me so much :) Headspace is a cool app to get started with :)

I have an Elliptical trainer and I started last week with 10 minutes! I felt pathetic lol but it's better than nothing... I'm a week on it and I'm up to 25 minutes... I'm no jillian Michaels but I was proud :D

I drink sparkling lemon and lime water to fill the gap... 1 litre 20 calories :)

:D I am faddy as hell so I don't eat clean, well, healthy all the time. .. I'm losing weight so the science works... Burn more than you put in your pie hole and you will lose weight :p

I was the same... In and out, on and off but you have to get serious. I've been logging everything for nearly 50 days now and it's the longest I've ever committed to a diet/fitness regime/new healthy me :) It is also the most weight I've ever lost too! You can totally do this... You just have to stick to it :)

5ft 2" and I'm currently at 134.5lbs....I'm comfy in size 10 ☺️ I am vertically challenged though and my podge is squidged!

Feelings are a wild and sometimes uncontrollable.... Don't do it if you love your husband. You have no idea how you'll feel about this guy if you do meet him. Keep the lid on the can!
