I love my Shakeology and contribute a bit part of my success to it! My favorite: 1 scoop Chocolate 1 cup Almond Milk 1 frozen Banana 5 ice cubes YUMMY!

Yup! It goes in the books either way. :-) I think it helps me see the relationship between what I eat, sodium and how active I am. I find that it is pretty consistent.

I log for myself, good or bad. It is for my records so I can understand my body better. Just like I log my weight, up or down.

My son just had a birthday. We had cake on the day. The next morning the rest went in the trash. I don't need it and I won't do my husband or kids any favors letting them have such sweets all the time even if they can afford the weight! Think of food as fuel! I am not going to put bad fuel in my body. On special days it is…

I am still near the beginning of my journey. I did Slim in 6 which didn't have any lifting and am now doing ChaLEAN Extreme. Two weeks done and I can already see a difference. She teaches lift heavy for 10-12 reps. Loving it! I try to get 120 G protein (1 G for each pound of lean mass) and then 30 protein, 40 carb, 30 fat.…

Ewww.... LOL! 2 oz of mustard! I can't believe that is right. I actually did a different eating plan. Sorry I can't help!

How did your first day go!?
-
I love my Fitbit to track my normal activities and make sure I am moving enough. I do wear an HRM though during workout to be more accurate since I normally do lifting and circuit training and the Fitbit is not as accurate with those.
-
Thanks so much! Definitely have some options to look at and will be ordering one ASAP!
-
I am willing to spend that much... just want recommendations first!
-
I thought Moving Comfort and Under Armor only went up to DD from their websites... Double checking!
-
This! I wear both and input my calorie burn to over ride the Fitbit but still get the step count. I have the Fitbit One and love it!
-
I definitely did all my measurements and all the different photo positions yesterday! I won't miss that one again! Did the first Burn Circuit this morning and loved it! Ready for a great 90 days!
-
Thank you for all the comments! Much appreciated!!!

Damn... this post made me hungry. Time to go make my breakfast and start my over 1200 calorie day!

A nice veggie filled salad with grilled chicken! I did make hubby his favorite fatty meal last night (Schnitzel & Spaetzle). I baked my pork chop and did not partake in the bacon grease and butter gravy and make it pretty healthy for myself.

16 pounds down with 2 days left in the 6 weeks!
-
I am starting with two other girls on Sunday! I am just finishing up Slim in 6 now. I will send you a friend request! Nice to have buddies while doing the 90 days!
-
Been using it for six weeks and love it. (No I am not a Beachbody coach... I hate having to say that every time.) I like the taste and it is very filling and satisfying. I find I can push more during a workout when I have had a shake 30-60 minutes before. In 6 weeks, I have lost almost 15 pounds with Shakeology and the…

Lol! Good read. I think I am good!

One day OVER on protein should not be an issue! Unless you know that too much protein causes you to be backed up...

I feel your pain. I was fine until after my 2nd child. Then I couldn't stand in line without peeing a little. I will say that drinking tons of water helps. I know. That sounds stupid. But really... I have found since I up my water from about 4-5 cups a day to 12-15 cups a day, it is not a problem as often.
-
I am on my last week of Slim in 6 and down about 15 pounds since starting. I enjoy I and it is a great starting place. I do plan on starting ChaLEAN Extreme on Sunday but glad I started with Slim in 6.

Just curious if you have ever worked with the VA? You can't call "admin". The system is completely broken. For real. You have to have the doctor's approval to even schedule an appointment.
-
I hadn't thought of PP but I will definitely give them a call tomorrow. It is quicker than getting anywhere with the VA. Anyone that has ever worked with the VA will understand that!
-
I guess I should say I had my annual exam done in late fall... and that was normal and I think that is why he is not worried.
-
I wouldn't imagine it would be the implant a year later but I am sure willing to get it taken out! It sure isn't doing anything for BC since I am always on my period. LOL!
-
Unfortunately with the VA being my insurance... seeing another doctor is not an option unless I completely pay for it out of pocket. I can imagine the cost of going to a gyno out of pocket would be several hundred... included blood work / labs.
-
I am going to edit my original post to indicate that I have called the doctor...
-
My doctor said not to worry about it... but then again he also won't do my annual exam either (VA Clinic... he sends me to the Women's Clinic that is two hours away).
