While I think its great you stayed at calorie deficit. I'm not sure its entirely healthy to replace dinner with a box of cookies. I actually use grapeseed oil. I'm not sure how much better that is, but I had recommended to me by a few people.

Thanks for the input guys! I definitely have no problem cutting back on carbs, but I do like my protein. I think I'll try eating more nuts and start cooking my vegetables in oil. If there is any more advice I'm open to suggestions :)
