Increase the time you exercise to 50 minutes. I find on my hardest work out day, I don’t over eat. I trend to over eat when I have time on my hands.

Keep track of all your extra calories. Plan a work out to burn thoses calories. You will so find out that you will need two hours at the gym to burn those calories. Get up and go to the gym, at night. You can't get if your not home.

Depends, how sick you are. If I'm well enough to get out of bed, then I hit the gym. I don't do my regular work out but definately do something.

I get it ! I have lost and gained the same weight back for the last 15 years. Each time gaining more than my last time. I have lost 31 lbs, and lie if anyone ask me. I say "no difference on the scale, just walking more". I have 69 more lbs to go and more lies to come :)

Make one small reasonable change every week. Certain craving I can give in for a special occasion. Then I go to the gym for some extra time. I have learned that potato chips can’t come into my house. I eat the whole bag, same day, so sad. E

I cut up fruit and mix in blueberries, apples or pears. It protein packed with fiber snack. This snack will hold you for hours. E

I have weighed the same amount for 3 weeks, and watching everything that I eat. I went to a party and have a slice of cake some candy. I finally lost 2 more pounds this week. Thank you TREATS!

I use Google Track app, it lets me know how far average speed, distance. I can track of my stats for the month. It's very motivating to know how many miles I have walked.
