    I work out to get extra calories!! I make those extra calories count, with healthy food.

    Don't feel the need to eat them all of you're not hungry, just listen to what your body is telling you it wants!

    1. Very rarely do I eat them and if I do I eat 50% or less (I excercise every day but don't trust the burn rate)

    2. Every single week, since April, at least half pound lost each week

    On days when i don't eat back my exercise calories I still eat at least 1,200. :flowerforyou:
  • 1) I eat 50%-75% of them as I'm abit sceptical of the burn rate - But always 1,200 cals a day.

    2) yes so far so good.
