  • 29 with about 30 to lose before I turn 30 next July!
  • You are amazing! Thank you!
  • You are a ROCK STAR! We all need to grasp the bull by the horns like you did - a true inspiration. It's all about attitude, and you certainly have it right!!! Thank you for sharing your story with us!
  • I've been sick this week and as an excuse to get off the couch for at least a few minutes, I broke out Wii Fit. For the first time since I bought it (maybe 5 years ago), my BMI and weight we're in the 'obese' range or even the 'overweight' range....but NORMAL!!!! For some reason, having the Wii Fit computer thing tell me…
  • AMAZING! Your story sounds so much like mine...stuck at size 14 anyone? It's so inspiring to see the possibilities when I read others transformations. I've also had some success, but still a ways to go. Keep running and THANK YOU for sharing your story and making me believe that I can really do this thing too... :)
  • You look great! Milestones for both of us this week as I hit the 160's for the first time since 10th grade!!! I also would like to lose a little more, but here's to enjoying the amazing progress we both have made! P.S. It's people like you that absolutely INSPIRE me to keep going on this journey!
  • Amazing - you look gorgeous!!! Great job and so inspiring!
  • That didn't sound like a good friend to begin with...eek. I think most of my good friends have caught on - and now it's more fun to swap healthy recipes than unhealthy snacks.
  • You look so great! What an inspiration - thank you for posting!
  • I took a day off too - tried really had to fit it in but I had to choose between cutting out 30 day shred or my running. Running won. Back at it tomorrow! I'm sure Jillian will be waiting for us!
  • Better late than never! 1/2 - N/A 1/9 - 184.6 1/16 - 182.4 1/23 - 1/30 - 2/6 - 2/13 - 2/20 -
  • Awesome! Five pounds is great!
  • I'm still doing girl push-ups too, but happy to report that I didn't take a single break from any of the reps on Day 6! Getting better!
  • I've been doing 30 Day Shred the last few days but just joined the group. Day 3 was definitely easier - less little breaks in the reps for me. The push-ups kick my behind as well - still doing the knee ones otherwise I can only get about three in (that's really depressing to write). Hope everyone has a good workout today!

  • Just started on MFP and looking to lose about 25 pounds. I would also LOVE new, motivating, and supportive friends on the site if anyone would like one in return! Last year, I lost 25lbs. by starting to run and cutting back on soda. However, I've hit this terrible plateau that I've been at for about six months! Looking for…
  • I was the same way - didn't think twice about filling the cup half with creamer and sugar before adding coffee. I drastically cut back how much soda I drank last spring though, and than realized that it made no sense to do that without cutting back (and eventually eliminating) the sugar in my coffee. From there, I started…
  • Happy to add you as a friend! I just started using the site and need more myself. Here's to 2013 everyone!
  • Hello everyone! Starting logging my food already today and am shocked to see what two sausage links pack in 'em! With that said, in the next 50 days, I'm also looking to get back in the gym after holidays filled with slacking. I'd like to watch what I eat - and by that I don't necessarily mean diet like crazy, but looking…
  • I'm getting back on the wagon beginning January 1st and progress pictures WILL be taken! In 2012, I lost 25lbs - from a starting weight of 207, down to about 182. I never took a "before" picture and I wish I did so badly! I know I look better, but there are still days when you look in the mirror and all you see is the…
