I have been there, done that and I know how it sucks. Just remember how crappy it made u feel so u won't do it again.

Fish, lean pork and lean beefs are also good options. Lean ground turkey or beef can been used to make burgers, meatballs or meatloaf. U can have them with brown rice, sweet potatoes, salads, whole grain pastas, etc and of course veggies. It is all about how u prepare and cook them. No frying and watch the sodium. :)

Think of your ultimate goal and make smaller ones to get there. I know its hard. I know everything I need to lose weight, but struggle. Working out is not the issue for me, it's FOOD. I can do great for a while, then mess up bad. I sucks, but we have to keep it up. I will beat this and so can u!

ASAP!!! Weight training revs up your metabolism and will not only tone and shape your body, but it burn lots of calories. It is a must in a fitness routine.

I was wondering about that too. My heart rate monitor shows less calories burned then the machines at the gym. The machines pick up my heart rate when I wear the monitor, but the calorie counts are never the same. I always go with what my HR monitor says.

The sugar u need to worry about is refined sugar, like in candy or cookies and other processed foods. Natural sugar found in fruit and veggies are ok. :wink:

Me and my sis did Insanity and just got back into the fitness game when we started the program. Insanity is very tough but you can pace yourself and work to your max effort. We r now fitter than ever. Insanity is great.

I think u should take a look at your sugar intake. Refined sugars, like in those yogurts, barbeque sauces and granola bars turn to fat and cause weight gain. Stick to natural sugars. Some things u need to cut are the hot dogs and all the cheese. The soduim that u had just in that one meal is what put u over greatly.
