Instead of posting what I ate, why don't you just see for yourself?
I. Am. In. So. Much. Pain. I never want to eat again. Just thinking about anything more for the rest of my life is making me ill.
At least I didn't purge? :ohwell:

Been there, done that, unfortunately. Write down how that binge made you feel and the next time you feel like going crazy read what you previously wrote.0

I have been there, done that and I know how it sucks. Just remember how crappy it made u feel so u won't do it again.0

Dont punish yourself. Binging is not the answer. I know you feel awful, and you know it wasn't worth it. Tomorrow is a new day. It's a good thing you didn't purge.0

Agreed. It happens; you are not alone. The weight will come back off and you will feel better, just make sure not to do it again once you feel good again :P (learned from experience .... also found out i am gluten intolerant which added to the bloating crappy feeling on days like those...)0 -
Ok you have motivated me, I am over the binging now!!! Honey with lots of water and some exercise it should come right back off!0

making mistakes is all part of how you perfect yourself! you can do it!0

Oh, I'm sorry.
I think the best thing to do is thing about how you were feeling at that time. Were you bored, lonely, angry? Then Find a different way to alleviate that feeling. We all mess up, the thing to realize is the end goal. You had a little drop in your progress chart, but now I bet it will keep going up!
Good luck!0 -
I second the post: write down what you felt after the binge and read it if you feel like binging again.0

Your post really helped me tonight. My environment over here was perfect for a binge- I'm tired, my husband wont be home till late, there is a lot of yummy food in my house, and I just plain feel like eating all of it! But then I saw your post and I dug deep down and decided to prevent the binge. I drank 32oz of water, posted my feelings on my profile, and then I brushed my teeth. There have been many nights when I have not been able to do that (and 1 so far during my MFP journey) but I'm still here working on taking control over my eating. You are still on the weight loss track and you will bounce back tomorrow. I'm sorry you feel bad tonight but thanks for posting because you helped me! Tomorrow will be a better day!0

You can't undo the past, but you can learn from it.0

one day is only a drop in the bucket, being fit, happy and healthy is going to take, and last a lifetime. one day wont ruin you. I know it doesn't feel that way, but get a good nights sleep and start new tomorrow0
