Thank you! I have sort of started small. I did the same thing you did and I try to have a veggie with every meal. And I'm trying to eat out and cook more often. Thanks for that!

My favorite tattoo is my cross that says "be strong" i got it a month before my friend passed away and my next one will say "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." in honor of my friends that have passed away .
