In one day I ate Little Ceasers, Mcdonalds and Taco Bell.

Oh I've been to Mc Donalds for a 20 piece nugget for lunch with four or five sauces (but save calories and not eat fries )and then to the Chinese Buffet for Dinner, then grab Dairy Queen on the way home.
I also used to grab a quick snack on the way home from work of a Biggie Wendy's Fry, with Ranch Dip about 800 calories just for snack.
Looking back on it now, I can't believe I didn't kill myself. Yuck!0 -

I used to eat two cheesburgers, a large fry, I would dip my fries in mac sauce, also eat a 10 piece nugget, then get a sundae with extra fudge. On my way home I would stop at kwik trip and get donuts, ice cream, cheesy popcorn, and cream soda.. then go home and eat it all within a couple hours..0 -

Awww but kwik trip has some tasty food! When I was a poor college student and had a tight schedule Id sometimes get my lunch there. LOL0 -
My thing is sushi and breakfast. A HUGE binge day for me includes all of those and a lot of pop to wash it down haha0

I've eaten half of a stuffed crust meat lover's from Pizza Hut myself in one sitting before, and on multiple occassions would order a 20 piece nugget & Oreo Mcflurry. Surprisingly not on the same day, though0

I went through a period where I ate a dozen donuts, a whole pint of ice cream, and an entire box of kids cereal. In one day - every day. Plus the usual breakfast/lunch/dinner on top of it. And soda. Gallons of soda. For three months straight. I would get indignant at people and insist that I was eating just like I used to (in my skinny days).
Well, boy, was I embarrassed when I finally had to see that my eating habits had changed ineed.0 -
When I first started dating my husband we'd go out for sushi for dinner and then stop at the Chinese buffet for $5/pound takeout. Back then I could get away with it. I was in college and didn't have a car so I walked everywhere and I was taking a weight-training class. The problem started when college stopped.0

I had no problem eating the majority of a large pizza and drinking 8 beers on a Friday night. That is close to 4000 calories in one meal. That is a pound of fat right there. I am about 90 pounds overweight and I have definitely done this more than 90 times in the last 20 years. I probably should be heavier.0

When I managed a Convenience Store, I was horrible there too. It's there might as well eat it right? Hot dogs, tornados (dipped in nacho cheese most times) Nachos, Muffins, Bags and bags of chips...0 -

In middle school my best friend and I would go to pizza hut practically every day after school and I ate a personal pan pizza and breadsticks. Then I'd eat whatever was for dinner at night. I can't imagine doing that now at all!0

All last week I went candy bar crazy... and I'm usually not a huge candy bar person... Fortunately I lost all the weight I gained from that week.0

My favorite meal from Moe's is a cup of Queso and chips. I have once gotten an early dinner of that for myself, then was called by friends to go out to eat, so I ate a second dinner. I don't even want to think about it. My eating habits have changed and I try to be better about everything I put in my body, to make sure that it is going to give me the needed energy and not just junk.
Now my "junk" meal is a footlong sub from publix, and on a rare occaision, bbq chicken chunks from walmart. Nothing as bad as it used to be. Since I started crossfit in November, I havent been to McDonalds, Burger King, or Checkers. Pretty big success there.0 -

I've eaten an entire bowl of cake or brownie batter haha, just the raw batter, not cooked.
I could easily eat loads and loads of chocolate, or ice cream, or chips and stuff, or fries, but I've been food concious since I was 10 and at that age a huge indulgence was finishing a large ice cream from ben and jerry's, so I haven't had too many huge binges that I can think of, I feel too guilty0 -

Mine aren't terrible, but I used to eat an Uncrustables sandwich as a snack in between lunch and dinner, and then sometimes I would snack on other things along with that. And something that I still do on cheat days... When my family gets pizza from a certain local pizzeria, I'll have all 4 middle pieces, plus one edge, plus a big bowl of their "special salad", plus about a liter of Mtn Dew XD It's just soooo good
ETA: We usually have large sundaes after the pizza meal, too haha0 -
I don't really have any food issues, and I even prefer healthier eating, so nothing naughty to report there. However, I should have gone to the gym yesterday, but I goofed around instead. My bad. :ohwell:0

I've done a couple of eating binges and they always involve seafood. Once at Skippers I ate 10 pieces of fish, a bowl of chowder, french fries and soda.
Then (and this was just a couple years ago) at the casino in Chewelah...it was all you could eat Seafood buffet....I ate 13 King Crab legs, salmon, shrimp, prime rib roast, mac & cheese, salad with all the fixings, soda and some sweet pastry thing for dessert. :noway:0 -
Worst was a 10k day.
And last Oct/Nov, six weeks of 6-7k days, daily binge eating, what hell, gained about 10-14Ibs from that.
Last few days have been pretty messy too.
Over 4k yesterday, including 2 pints of ben and jerry's at 5am in the morning.
But nowhere near as bad as my worst ones last year where I would sit with a bag full of muffins, doughnuts, cheesecake slices, chocolate, cookies, pastries and goodness knows what else and get through as much as I could in one sitting.
Yep.
All or nothing personality comes to mind. See it all and want some of everything.0 -
I used to go to McDonalds and get a big mac, double cheeseburger, two filet o fish burgers, large fries, a large caramel sundae and three large frozen cokes, eat that and then go home and have a family dinner.0

I used to down entire large pepperoni Papa John's pizzas in one sitting. And I still do.
I just make sure I don't eat anything else all day and, with some exercise, I don't go over on calories. Of course, my macros are still flubbed up for the day, and I retain 2 lbs. of water due to the 6,000 mg of sodium, but it's worth it, haha.0 -
Urgh, Used to eat half a slab chocolate every night just before sleeping. And the usual suspects - Zinger, chips and coke at kfc at least once a week, pizza every Friday, looking back I can't believe I didn't add more weight!0

In one day I ate over 3,000 calories.
It started after a 1,500 calorie day with cantaloupe, lunchables ham snacks, and then progressed to chocolate chip bars, brownie pans, easy mac, margarine on a whole grain roll, and American cheese.
Before I was on a diet I would take boxes of chewy chips ahoy and nibble on them all the time, even when bored.
I would also freeze Nutella and scoop it out with a spoon! So yummy, and so bad!0
