I saw the title of this thread and knew it was for me!!! I love to dance, and especially while I'm doing the dishes! I love doing Zumba also because you can really add your own flavor to it! Only problem is Zumba isn't listed in the exercises so I usually just put down aerobic dancing.

I agree with finding a new way to direct my stress/emotions... maybe that should be the first topic we could discuss. Anyone found any successful ways to manage their emotions or stress when you were previously a stress eater? Any ideas would be valuable.

Thats a great idea! i also struggle with late night eating and i never thought about tea... if i did sweeten it with splenda it wouldnt count towards calories i think, i'm definitely trying that soon!!

I am trying to get more organized with my groceries/menus. These tips are excellent. I have a budget setback as well as only cooking for a single person and I work in the evenings/have class in the evenings. Maybe I should try to do a main meal in the middle of the day?? Anyone have any thoughts?
