I used to do that. However it got me feeling like I was punishing myself. It made my healthy eating seem negative and it did not work. If I go over I eat healthy and try to forget it.

I jogged at 260 pounds so it can be done. Have you thought of intervals? Maybe jog for 30 seconds then walk for 1 minute? It helps me a lot. It gives your body a rest so you don't injure yourself. There is a running guy named Jeff Galloway that I used to learn about this. Google him if you are curious. Intervals help a lot!

Kelly the MFP app i use on my phone is AWESOME!! I used it today at a resturant and it was great. SO easy. My phone was not one supported by sparks app. We can get those pounds off. As long as we try. I have lost a bunch which must have been water weight cause it was quick. (maybe 6-8 pounds this week)

For me I have the cake at a party but I know that it is a trigger for me so I have to be very careful after. I have to walk away and resist any more treats. Otherwise I might kjust keep going.
