Could be your sodium intake. Regardless of road map info she is still eating at a deficit but its all over the place. Some people's bodies don't respond to weight loss when they eat a lot of processed outside food. Or high sodium food...or carbs. I have issues hitting 1200 calories because I am watching my carb due to glucose reasons. But I usually have a snack at night to kill the hunger. Usually lite chocolate silk milk, two strawberries and 10 special k savory herb crackers lol.

I think you spend less overall because you can cook in bulk with things from the grocery store. When you buy from fast food its a good 10 bucks a pop depending on what you want.

Um well 10 years old is not too young to not know the difference. You should have just said " Well your ugly. Atleast I can lose the weight." I know mean and childish but the little *kitten* had it coming :) Even my 4 year old knows better.

If you add sugar free drink mixes like crystal lite to water, the body still counts it as water. However, most sugar free stuff has chemicals in it that are not so great for you. I suggest to drink water as much as you can. If you need something, put a tiny bit of crystal light in it or lemon. Once in awhile will not hurt…

I don't disagree with you. It really is smarter and more healthy to make your own breakfast. You know exactly what you are putting into your body.
