Level 3 was not so bad...my hubby and I actually find 2 harder. I used my HRM for level 2 and 3 and I burn more in level 2 than 3. Pleasantly surprised!

What if we all picked somewhere to virtually walk to a set a goal for how long it will take to walk there and report. This may also be easier to do in the summer because I must admit I don't really walk much in the winter.

How was level 2 compared to 1? I'm starting it tomorrow and totally freaked out about it.

Is level 3 hard? i'm so dreading it...although I am now finding level 1 much easier so I do it with another of her videos back to back. I feel much stronger already.

So glad you found the group. I can honestly say I haven't seen any negativity or unsupportive people here. So far its been great. We all have ups and downs and you will find it is met with support, encouragement and lots of pats on the back when we do well. Welcome.

If you have any junk food left give it away to someone you think might want it. Giving that stuff away leaves you with the best feeling that you made a really good choice. Everytime I ever give away junk food I feel awesome for controlling myself and having discipline.

You guys are all so supportive. I'm so happy to have the support. I have such a good reason to lose these stupid 10-15 pounds......I want to be in top shape if I can have a 3rd baby. That is reason enough to push. So thank you and keep on me about this.

It can definitely have an effect....I try to just make sure I don't use it as an excuse to gain...try to eat well knowing you have to work extra hard that week that way if you don't gain/lose that week you won't have to spend time making up extra weight.

Me too please. I'm new to this group. I am 5'7" and currently weigh 147lbs....I would love to be 140 or even a couple pounds less by end of spring. Can you include me if you are starting a group for this....I really need to lose the weight and feel like my weight won't budge right now.

Try asking either a doctor or a store like the Running Room...if you have one where you are located. Sometimes it is technique and sometimes there is not enough cartilidge in your knees so you are feeling the high impact
