I did this diet a couple of weeks ago just as an experiment really, i eat pretty healthy and have already lost a fair ammount of weight over the past 2 years, after 3 days i had lost 3lbs i stuck to the diet rigidly. This diet was fine on day 1, i didn't feel hungry at all, but day 2 and day 3 i was starving, always cold…

My measurements after 10 days of level 1 are weight - 133 lbs waist - 27" hips - 37.5" thighs - 23" arms - 10" under bust - 29" so i have lost 3 lbs and 3 inches but my whole body feel tighter and my arms have more definition even though they have the same measurement.

I'm 5' 3" my start weight was 207lbs, my current weight is 132 lbs and i would like to get down to 120lbs.

I have sort of found the opposite, I do the 30DS in the morning about 6.30 and i find it has been waking me up and energising me for the day ahead..... I hope your energy levels come up soon, it must be horrible being tired all day.

Yeah they shrink i went from a uk size 6 to a size 5, it was really annoying i had to replace all my shoes.

I log green tea in my diary and only count plain water in the water log, but i dont see why you couldn't count it as water. I think its just personal preference.

well i stuck with the 5lb weights for all exercises except the side lunges with arm raises and i used a tin of soup and a tin of chopped tomatoes for that exercise lol.....

Day 2 done, i am so bad at the side lunges it feels like i cant lift my arms up after doing them, hopefully they will get easier !!!!

Level 1 day 1 completed today, managed to get through it ok but i only have 5lbs weights i may need to invest in maybe some 3lb ones as i have jelly arms now :)

Hi all, i am really excited to start 30 DS in the morning, i have had a dabble with it last year but never stuck to it properly, im hoping we can all motivate each other and hopefully i can keep on track this time round. Good luck everybody i have a feeling we may need it :)

I am in, i have just taken before photo's and done all my measurements ready for starting tomorrow. I have done 30DS before but never managed to complete it all the way through, hopefully we can all keep each other motivated :)
