Level 2 day 9
Only one day left of this level and i am nervous for level 3.......... i had to stop this morning as the pain in my back was agony got on the floor to do round two abs and couldn't get back up :( hopefully it will be okay !!!!!!

Done, i still had to stop some of the plank exercises but felt better today !!!!!

OMG !!!!!!! I am back to the sweating and heavy breathing, that was a really good workout, i had to stop a couple of seconds short on most of the exercises, but i feel like i might prefer this one to level 1.

final day of level 1 done...... looking forward to what level 2 has to offer me in the morning.!!!!!!

Done, but had to use lower weights today, i have a few aches and pains from swimming yestreday, but still did it so im pleased with that ...... last day of level 1 tomorrow !!!!!

A full week of 30 DS done..... very pleased with myself today !!!!!

Epic fail today with the side lunges, my arms just would not join in today..... legs worked all on there own. everything else feels easier, i am starting to dare i say it enjoy the cardio and abs bits!!!!!!!

Woo hoo day 6 done...... feel stronger today and way more motivated !!!!!! we can all beat Jillian !!!!!!!

Done !!!!!! feeling much easier today, i dont think i will ever be able to do a proper push up but im ok with the girlie one's, i just have no upper body strength.... bring on day 5 Jillian !!!!!

Day 3
Today felt easier once i started the workout, but my motivation to get on with it was non existent :-(....... this was a bad day for me working out on a Sunday morning. But i sucked it up and got on with it, feel better now though !!!!
