  • Hello I also am about 15 months PP. My youngest was a July baby. she is my second child and my experience has been so different with he second as I am hanging on to about 10 pregnancy pounds also. She weaned a week ago so I am hoping that helps. I'll add you if you like :-) It has been frustrating because I have been…
  • I'm in too please :-) I have almost weaned my youngest and really want to get my body back!
  • I'll defiantly look into running after work. there are a few routes that are popular so I wouldn't be by myself. Maybe I can miss the worst of traffic too :-)
  • - loose 30lbs! - run a marathon with my hubby in May - start a strength training program. - be comfortable in my own skin
  • Thanks for the replies. I think I will look into some form of weight lifting program. I want to keep my leg muscles strong to hopefully avoid any injuries. I guess I'm just not sure where to start with it. I'll look at that 5X5 program.
  • I would defiantly look into shoes as well. Also I would talk to a doctor about it if you can. This would be my adivce you can take it or leave it :-) It sounds like an overuse injury, but don't quote me. So the race is two weeks away. • I'm in again. July was a tough month I am hoping for good results this month!:-)
  • Count me in please :-)
  • Yes please add me! I'm 27 married and am a working mom to a beautiful 8 month daughter. I've lost most of my pregnancy weight, but now I wanna loose this extra weight that I gained before baby. Ugh. Its so hard trying to get workouts in when I work full time and have a baby to take care of when I get home! Any…
  • I agree that is probably where my disconnect is. I think I need to pre-make some of the meals on weekends. The issue I was running into was I got so busy (work full time, being a mom) that I didn't have the time or energy to make the meals in the book. thanks for your story :-)
  • So proud! Great job everyone
  • I have about 30 ish to loose. It seems to get harder for me to stick to something. I know what I should be eating, but sometimes I just want a cookie :-) Any tips for helping with cravings?
  • I'll totally help as long as you do the same for me. I have gotten away from logging daily because of crazy life, but I am starting back again today. Lets do this together :-)
  • Count Me in! I have been slipping so much I need the accountability. Thanks!!
  • I'm in! I really struggle with this. Thanks for the support :-)
  • I started it today, but will totally join with you :-) I need accountability since I tend to get into stuff and don't finish. Feel free to add me :-)
  • Count me in :-) I have been hitting a rut and need something to get me going again. I started insanity today so I hope to stick with it and see some results :-)

  • Hello, My name is Holly. I started insanity yesterday and did my first workout this morning. I loved it but defiantly feel very sore. Love this support group I hope you guys can help me stick with it for the 63 days. I want my t-shirt!!! :-)
  • Hey I have a daughter that same age :-) Anyways I know this will sound crazy, but one thing that I have tried and it helps is natural Sea Salt. I got the Celtic Sea salt and you take a tea spoon of salt and mix with a little water and drink it down. I normally just add a generous amount of salt to my food during the day.…
