Also 30 days can have great results. I may not be ripped like him in 30 days of lifting (cuz i still have a lot of fat to burn) BUT in 30 days of lifting I did go down 5% body fat. I say it's possible. :bigsmile:

Agreed, eat back your exercise calories, and don't go crazy with cardio. It's not sustainable, i mean unless you want to do 90 minutes of the elliptical everyday for the rest of your life? & strength training will help a lot. I would say 7pm but it does work for some people. Mine was to eat a few bowls of soup a day and join the cross country team running 4-6 miles a day for practice. Yeah my soup intake was about 800 cals a day. Lost a bunch if weight very fast but not sustainable.
