True, but as the article states youd probably have to drink over 2 gallons a day for it to be harmful. Took me awhile to be able to get in a gallon of water a day, however, I have noticed great results in body fat loss, skin and hair health from it! :)

Been trying to get my gallon of water in a day. Once I pass cup 11...I am in the bathroom as soon as I take 5 sips...ugh! At least I am not the only one. Hydrate !!
