I have this idea ( my personal opinion ) that when you exercise your muscles hold onto water until such time and they repair. To me that is why when I work out I don't see immediate results. It normally takes a few days until I see a drop in weight, and that is only if I have been eating well.

Insanity Day 1 - My arm really hurts from a fall the other day playing ice hockey so I can't really do the Push-up Jacks. I did them from my knees Switch Kicks- 80 Power Jacks- 30 Power Knees- 57 Power jumps- 30 Globe Jumps- 5 Suicide Jumps- 5 Push-Up Jacks- 9 from knees Low Plank Oblique- 37

Personally I did Low Carb to shed about 60lbs without exercise. Now that I am down to a manageable 200lbs ( I am 5'11" ) I just started 'Insanity'

I noticed that as well, mine is in the same range. I will follow it and see how I feel, vs looking at the scale. I have been on the low card bandwagon for the last 55lbs so this will be quite the change for me eating wise.

Thank you for that. It looks like an interesting read. Congratulations on your weight loss! I have found that my body tends to like the elimination of sugars where ever possible. I find that this reduces, and most days, eliminates those cravings for sugar.

IMO Eating fat does not make you fat. Sugars make you fat. People don't need pills to loose weight, you just need to try different styles of eating and see what your body responds to.
