What is scarier is thinking about what i ate before i dieted, would certainly be considered binging to me now but then...just a day in the life. Anyway- downfalls: cheeseburgers, fries, pizza, nachos. SALT SALT SALT basically.

I log any excercise which was intended to be....well excercise. Any activities of daily life such as cleaning, walking a dog, playing with kids, walking around town i do not think should be logged as exercise calories. I picked mine because when i saw it- I was truly astonished it was me. It was a huge breakthrough for me, seeing myself and just being happy with how far i had come. Still have plenty more- but for now that picture makes me feel GREAT!

I dont do anything differently specifically, but i always make sure to drink lots of water the night before- and weigh in the morning

Daily- usually make it the night before depending on how i think my day will turn out!

So how much protein should my goal be? I scanned through and I wasn't grossl under any days and most days I seemed I was over! I guess I don't know what the best recommendation would be! Thanks

I'm definitely going to increase my protein- I guess I never really thought I wasn't eating enough of it! Also I don't skip meals ever! I eat 3 meals a day I just added snacks to my diary yesterday so it seems like I don't eat lunch cause all my past lunches change to am snack!

I'm actually not skipping meals- I just change my diary to 5 meals a day instead of 3 and so they got shifted and it seems that way!

eating more is SO HARD. i feel satisfied with how much i eat now so it seems silly to force foods- guess ill just eat more PB. THANKS EVERYONE for your help though its nice just hearing ideas and suggestions!

i went way under my calories one week just because i wasnt hungry- ended up gaining. This week i have eating within 100 cals of my 1200 calorie goal and ive already lost 1.5 lbs! so yes! do what your body needs- not what calories tell you!

I plan on attempting to employ as much portion control as possible. One scoop of even the most delicious food should be sufficient. good luck!!!

Thanks everyone! i Know some of the gain is certainly attributable to the time of day- but usually i dont flucuate more than 2-3 lbs. I think its more how i FEEL. i just feel larger or something. I think its probably the sodium--i ate out most of the weekend as i was visiting my sister. thanks again.
