I regained 24 pounds in the last 6 months, but have started again. Find workout partner, that will hold you accountable.

When I go to the gym, I notice that many people are healthy, thin, and good looking. I figure if I keep going to the gym I will eventually look the same way. Simple philosophy but works for me.
