thank you all for the help. last question- I know its annoying but just to clarify! How do I know how many calories I need to burn during my workout? I run for like 40 minutes on the treadmill, and burn almost 500 calories.... is that enough to lose weight?

Ok, thanks for responding so quickly. Now, what you're implying is that if the numbers turn red, i won't lose any weight? this confuses me because I am still under my 1440 calorie goal...? :(

you don't need to deprive yourself of your favorite foods! just eat in moderation! when i'm craving chocolate, i eat the bite size-caramels weight watchers chocolate! it's amazing!!!! :)
