Mine is transferring too many steps from Google Fit. Seems to be some sort of problem today.

With cardio (treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike), I usually subtract 20 pounds or so from my weight (when inputing the numbers). I figure it gives a little more accurate calorie count this way.

I would think not. I think people generally take them if they are not getting the proper vitamins in their diet.
