Interested! And you guys are absolutely correct I'm a coach at our box and we alternate programming. We have the over head squat coach, the rope climbing coach, the 21-15-9 coach and I'm the assault bike/cardio coach. :)

Third Murph done today!! First time Rx as it is written. 62:02. Previous years have done 20 Rounds of 5-10-15. My box owner always has a pool party and BBQ every year after Murph at his house.

I don't run in my Metcons because they feel heavier to me than my Nano 4s. Honestly I have not found one crossfit shoe that does everything. I have Nanos, Metcons, and No Bulls

1. Diet, Diet, Diet....working out too hard to eat so bad. 2. Lose last 10lbs which #1 should help me with. 3. Double unders and start doing upside down movements. 4. Start my personal training business, geared toward kids.

1,700 calories seems low. Are you exercising also? If you have to lose a large amount of weight, the weight will come off quicker, but will plateau eventually. 1lb a week is a good number to aim for.

Been Crossfitting bout 5 months and love it. Anyone feel free to add me. My box is using SugarWod to log workouts, but I would like to know how you guys log workouts in MFP.

We use an app called SugarWod at my box for logging workouts. App also has instructional videos for movements. This app is free, but I'm sure there are others out there.

Scale and handheld devices are unreliable. I would buy a pair of handheld calipers. Don't waste money on the electronic calipers either.

I do bodyrock.tv exercises in morning 4-12 minutes long or try youasamachine.com. I have bands also, bodyelastic brand from Amzazon ($45) and they came with dvds. Of course, youtube and google will give you great suggestions too.

Has to be something in your diet. Also try some HIIT..google Turbulence Training, Tabata or bodyrock.tv. There a several free sites to get exercises from. Mix these in with your weight training.
