My Questions are:-
1)-My weight loss is depend on daily basis, weekly or month??? My daily goal is 1700 calories.
2)-How much should I consume to lose weight safely and quickly?I consume few more calories(but under my calories) on weekends. Should I stop doing these? What if in a weekend I consume too much calories and during the other days am under my goal? Does it affect my weight loss planning?

1% weight loss per week is probably a good rule of thumb.0

1,700 calories seems low. Are you exercising also? If you have to lose a large amount of weight, the weight will come off quicker, but will plateau eventually. 1lb a week is a good number to aim for.0

If you have 75+ pounds to lose, choose 2 pounds per week
If you have 40-75 pounds to lose, choose 1.5 pounds per week
If you have 15-45 pounds to lose, choose 1 pound per week
If you have less than 15 pounds to lose, choose .5 pounds per week
With your ticker, you can do two pounds a week for a bit before dropping the deficit, though 1700 sounds low to me (then again, I've been losing at 1.5 pounds per week since I started, and my goal is to lose 100). Some people, if they prefer to eat more on the weekends, choose to follow their weekly goal (adding their calories up over the 7 days). It's a personal preference.0 -
