I like them because they are short, you can do a workout and have a shower in less than 40 minutes which is great as I am busy. I think it motivates my eating aswell when I do it because its every day :smile: good luck (I am talking about the 30DS)

i am also considering it, just ordered the book from Amazon. I hope it will be a change for me, I have counted calories/ points/ syns etc for so long I need something new to concentrate on! I have seen lots of great posts about it on here. Good luck x

anything after 6pm!!!! its always a slippery slope into an evening of munching :laugh: Chinese food often has that effect on me also, I think its the grease :sick:

I never got spots until I was an adult but I never had a sweet tooth until I had my first pregnancy. If i go in the sauna at the gym I get big lumps under my skin on my chin- like spots that never get a head. If I eat chocolate I get proper zits on my chin. if I am working out before 1000hrs I don't eat beforehand. I actually train better on empty but make sure that I eat within an hour of finishing. Good luck x

well done! 9 months is nothing really when you think about the rest of your life. You have really inspired me, if I can just stay on track for a few months I will reach my goal too. Enjoy your new body, it looks a lot younger than the old one!

I also look hourglass from straight ahead or directly behind, its when I turn sideways it all becomes apparent!!! I wear a lot of leggins and tops that finish at the bottom of my hips. This shows off my legs which are slim and hides the tummy a bit. I have NEVER found a pair of jeans that fit me well :(

I am an apple! I hold it all on my tummy and torso. I think its much easier to hide in your legs and it has less health risks. Dam my apple genes lol!!

I don't know if this will help or not but I am also a bit of a binger. My weight loss cals are around 1400/ day. I have actually upped these to maint and allow myself 1 chocolate thing a day. don't know if you still interested but i did Zumba with my sisters HRM on, I am 5'6, 156lbs and moderately fit and burned 328kcal in 60 minutes.
