what do i go off?

I Ran just over 4miles today, when I wear my pedometer it doesnt say I HAVE burned as many cals as to what mfp says! so what should i go off?

    mfp is usally high,if I had to choose one I would go off the pedometer

    ped vs MFP I would go with MFP. ped vs HRM I would go with the HRM. Ped's are notoriously unreliable!

    go by what your body looks like. I tell guys all the time, don't judge by the scale, judge by what you see in the mirror

    She's not talking about what she weighs friend...she's talking about calories burned.

    I've never used a pedometer...so I would suggest investing in a good HRM...and my suggestion would be Polar.

    thanks guy! I know what she meant. That wasn't the point of my reply. The point was whether its 50 steps, or 100 steps, judge yourself by how you look. This site is filled with people too obsessed with numbers. Let your body decide if you've done enough, not some gadget!
