So 5-6 strenuous with a 15% cut?
-
So no one should do 20% everyone should do 10-15?
-
I just looked mine up with desk job to see if it gave me below BMR, I agree, no one should put that!
-
Sorry to butt in but what makes you say the cut is too steep? Mine was telling me to eat below if I put desk job as well.
-
Yes, this was what I was wondering, it seems overwhelming to ditch everything and start over.
-
I'm wondering how with just produce and meat I will meet my calories I guess.

I do insanity 5x a week gym where I do 25-35 cardio and 25-30 weights 4 data a week on average. I workout on average 6-9 hours a week.
Looks like one step above moderate, but i'm still new in the game. 6-9 hours is your key.. 1-3 hours Light 3-5 hours Moderate 6-9-- that's you right?
What site did you…

I just want to figure out my totals, but can't seem to figure that out based on the link you provided.

I do insanity, lift, walk run, the bike and elliptical and treadmill on an incline. I do insanity 5x a week and gym 4 days. I'm also a nursing mom. That spreadsheet confuses me a bit

I was looking last night and wonder if I should do ever higher than moderate??
-
I average 6-9 hours a week, so moderate?
-
That's what I'm wondering, did you base it on the hours, the actual activities you do, etc what made you decide

Mine is set to 2000 and I go over that a few days a week. My nutritionist said to eat that plus at least half of my exercise cals. I've lost 21 pounds in three months, DD is 16 months.
-
Feed on demand, that's good output per pumping session, LOTS of water, pump three times a day and on the weekends, always offer breast. My calorie goal is 2000 plus half my exercise cals, but I always try to net my BMR

I have a salad and baked potato for lunch most days, the salad has avocado, spinach, peppers, black bean patty. I have started to add couscous instead of the potato and that is SUPER filling. Snacks-granola bars, cereal, fruit, hummus pita and cucumber.

We're doing child led weaning, I hope to tandem nurse after baby three, but we'll see! We're at almost 16 months and still nursing 12-18 times a day :D
-
I'm a stay at home mom too, with a school age kid and a toddler, I have two workouts a day about three days a week and 1 workout a day the other 3 days.
-
Food FTW
-
I wonder if I should keep it the same due to nursing, I have it set to moderate.
-
Great, added you guys :D
-
Yea I know, I just meant what's your exercise regimen that made you decide between the two
-
I'm at 2000 a day plus half of exercise cals, although I don't always eat half back. Losing weight and milk seems to be ok, oh and DD is 15.5 months.
-
I'm not sure the posters got the message saying she wanted people who eat more food!!!
-
Most people need more than this
-
Oh and she's made of win :D
-
I have a gym membership
-
Thanks I will try.
-
Try block feeding, that helped us.

I agree with the others said. The first 6-8 weeks are brutal. My youngest cluster fed A LOT and at times it was really hard. Now she's almost 15 months and were still going strong with nursing and the thought of her weaning makes me sad! If its important to you then push through these rough moments, it gets so much…
