I eat via tdee and my polar took a crap and I'm enjoying not being married to that little gadget lol but was wondering what you prefer hrm/fitbit?!

Exercise selection/ how much to cut?
On average I exercise 6-9 hours a week. I have 50-60 more to lose. I'm a nursing mom. Should I cut 15% and put moderately active?

What helped you get started?
Did you cut one thing at a time? What was your course of action? A lot of the foods that people talk about eating on a clean diet aren't near me to buy, what have you done in those situations? Also I have a high calorie plan, how do you fit everything in while eating clean?

In your every day total or adding manually daily?
I've been reading about adding bfing calories daily changes your macros but wouldn't adding that total into your always total be the same??

Do you add your total daily as exercise or just in your overall total, I've been reading it doesn't change macros unless added as exercise. Wouldn't it be the same? If your total is 1800+500 for nursing and you change it to 2300 wouldn't it make the macros the same as if you left your calories at 1800 and added 500…

Should breastfeeding calories be added to the 20% of your tdee total? Or just eat the tdee total?

Net calories
So to make sure I understand correctly, your net calories are basically what you've eaten in a day based on activity, so they shouldn't be extremely low right? Or some people just don't eat any back and don't care? But isn't getting a 300-800 net extremely low? Or am I missing something??
