Do you add your total daily as exercise or just in your overall total, I've been reading it doesn't change macros unless added as exercise. Wouldn't it be the same? If your total is 1800+500 for nursing and you change it to 2300 wouldn't it make the macros the same as if you left your calories at 1800 and added 500 calories via exercise. Woo I hope this made sense!!!

I'm not sure about the details of everything, but I just add mine in the calories allowed. I only use my exercise numbers for actual exercise. I don't even add in cooking, cleaning etc, because I wouldn't have any calories. I have 3 kids under 3 so I'm ALWAYS moving!!!0

I add mine as a food so it just subtracts 500 from my daily total intake. Doesn't change my macros.0
